fantastic view comfortable bed modern equipment
The room was spacious. it had a fantastic city view and the bed was comfortable. the shower was also amazing. I appreciated the water pressure. i also appreciated the 24-hour access to the gym. It had modern equipment.
the swimming pool was somewhat shallow.

street noise frosted glass door
the staff was mostly fine.
The noise insulation was a joke. I could hear everything from the street. loud music played until early morning, and it was like the windows were open, it was awful. also, the bathroom had a frosted glass door with gaps, offering no privacy. i am frustrated.

i LOVED the hotel location, close to many important places. breakfast provided many choices including fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. the staff WAS very helpful with directions and recommendations. rooms were cleaned daily and towels replaced.
the elevator SERVICE can be slow during peak hours.

non-smart tv defective television
The location was acceptable for exploring the city. It was easy enough to reach places from there.
I encountered an issue with the television in the room as it was not a smart TV and did not function properly. I had expected a modern entertainment system for this category of hotel.
